Features
A die-cast aluminium head on an extruded pole, with a frosted PC diffuser moulded on our own tool. Supplied wired, sealed and photometrically tested — ready to install, not ready to assemble. The same platform is offered in three pole heights and four finishes, so one approval covers a whole garden range.

How It Works
How It Works
- 01
Die-cast aluminium head
ADC12 alloy cast in our own cells, then CNC-trimmed and polyester powder coated.
- 02
Frosted PC diffuser
UV-stabilised polycarbonate moulded on our own tool for an even, glare-free light.
- 03
Constant-current driver
A potted 12 V / 24 V driver with surge protection, built and aged on our power-supply line. The same line supplies the stand-alone drivers.
- 04
IP68 quick connector
A two-metre lead wire with a moulded connector, continuity-tested on the harness line.
How It Works
The diffuser never leaves the building
The frosted PC diffuser is moulded on a tool we designed and cut ourselves, on all-electric presses that hold the wall thickness within a few hundredths of a millimetre. That is what keeps the light even from one batch to the next.

How It Works
Wired, sealed and aged before packing
Head, pole, driver and harness meet on one assembly line. Each fixture is aged for four hours, leak-tested and checked on the goniophotometer, and the readings are filed against the batch number printed on the carton.
