What you get
How a project runs
-
01
DFM review
We go through your 3D data for draft, wall thickness, gates and ejection before any steel is ordered.
-
02
Tool design and cutting
Mold-flow analysis, 2D/3D tool design and machining in our own shop, with weekly progress photos.
-
03
Trials and approval
T1 samples with a full dimensional report. We adjust the tool until the part matches the drawing and you sign off the first article.
-
04
Production and delivery
Scheduled moulding runs, in-line inspection and export packing, with safety stock if you need it.
Tooling in our own shop
The tool never leaves the building
Molds are designed, cut, trialled, repaired and stored on site. When a part needs a change, the people who built the tool are a short walk from the press it runs on, so an engineering change takes days rather than weeks.

From first shot to steady production
Process windows we write down
Every approved part has a documented process window — temperatures, pressures, cycle time and the checks that go with them — so the ten-thousandth shot is made the same way as the first one you approved.

Tell us what you need built
Attach a 2D or 3D file if you have one — STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF. We come back within 24 hours with DFM notes, tooling cost and unit price.
